Kierman Systems is committed to best practices for environmental sustainability, social progress for our staff and community, as well as governance integrity of the highest level.

Environmental

Kierman Systems intends to act as a fellow steward of our environment and wherever it is in our power utilize a high standard of excellence in our environmental operations in partnership with our community and customers as we strive for record setting achievement in improvements to sustainability together. 

Kierman Systems utilizes cloud compute fabrics with a minimum of 95 percent renewable energy and on premises computing and facilies with 100 percent renewable energy measured in 2023. Our plan is to continue to target 100 percent renewable electric energy for our business operations and to utilize carbon offsetting for non-renewable energy used in travel. We utilize waste reduction, recycling and circularity principles to reduce the burden of our operations.

Social

We advance inclusive institutions and diversity at work within our company and industry, as well as corporate and government operations we build or maintain wherever it is in our power to do so in partnership with our staff and customers for the good of our people. We bring to bare political and technical expertise to build benefits systems and economies that support the wellbeing and success of the nations people.
